Our Cook & Crack lobster service makes enjoying fresh steamed lobster effortless, perfect for eating right at the pier or taking to your Cape Cod cookout. We hold lobsters in purified seawater tanks and steam (never boil) to protect that naturally sweet flavor and tender texture, then crack them so they’re ready to enjoy – no mess, no work.
